Delivery and setup
After completing an application for the purchase of a device (router, IPTV set-top box, etc.) in the "Equipment" section or through a support manager, the master will arrive at the appointed time at the specified address. Delivery and setup of the equipment is already included in the price.
The receipt received is a warranty for the device.
Warranty and post-warranty service for optical terminals is provided in accordance with the Rules.
