Regular payment is a free service from the BRIZ Internet provider, which you can enable in your Personal Account at your request. The funds will be automatically debited once a month from your card: simple and convenient!

How does it work?

How to enable recurring payments:

  • Log in to your Personal Account (web version or mobile app) and go to “Regular Payment”.
  • Add a payment card if you haven’t added one yet.
  • Turn on regular payments using the toggle — this step activates the service.
  • Email is optional and is only needed if you want to receive receipts by email.

Important: if you remove the payment card from your Personal Account, the recurring payment service will be automatically disabled.

When will I be charged?

The regular payment for your package is charged once every month on the 27th day of the month.

What happens if I don't have enough balance in my card on the 27th day of the month?

If you do not have enough balance on your card on the 27th day of the month, the regular payment will not be charged. However, you need to top up your card with a sufficient amount before 9:00 am on the 28th day of the month. Our bot will automatically try to charge your payment card again.

What happens if I top up my card after the 28th day of the month?

If you top up your card after the 28th day of the month, the regular payment will not be charged in the current month. You will need to top up your balance to pay for the services yourself.

What if I miss paying for a service for the month? Will my card still get charged if I activate the Regular Payment service without paying for the service?

No, you need to have an active payment for your service to use the Regular Payment service.
