I have topped up my account, but there is no internet. Why?

If you have topped up your account, but the Internet has not appeared, first of all, you should check the balance.

 

If you don’t see the funds on your balance, most likely the payment hasn’t been credited to your account yet. Delays of up to several days occur when paying through bank branches. You can also deposit funds in any other way: for example, through the terminals EasyPay, City24 or using the "Privat24" or "Monobank", "PUMB" applications. If the balance is positive, but the Internet service is still unavailable, reconnect your device to the Internet. Turn your router off and on again. If the Internet does not appear within a few minutes after that, contact the support operator.

Please reduce the scale
